Glenroyd Medical aim to give a friendly and professional service to all our patients.
If you have a complaint about the service that you have received from the Doctors or any of the staff in the practice, please let us know. The NHS Complaints Regulations were amended in April 2009 and our current Practice Complaints policy and procedures are in line with contract regulations.
We hope that most problems can be sorted out easily and quickly, often at the time they arise and with the person concerned. If your problem cannot be sorted out in this way and you wish to make a complaint, this must be within the following timescales:
All complaints are dealt with by Mrs Sharon Orr, Practice Manager. We shall acknowledge your complaint either verbally or by letter. We will endeavour to resolve complaints as soon as is practically possible.
